Prices include the meats, salads, hot vegetables, mini-damper rolls, disposable plates cutlery and napkins, condiments, gravy, food presentation table, staff and GST. Your salads and hot vegetables are prepared in our commercial kitchen, not at your premises or venue. We clean up and remove all the food rubbish after offering the leftovers to host or organiser (for which you will need a few containers).
If possible, we make two trips to your venue, the first one about 7 hours before your serving time to set up the spit, put on the "Butt of Beef". We then return with all the perishable food approximately 1 hour from serving time.
