Question: We have an outdoor event, what if it rains?
Answer: Usually we discuss a backup plan for example underground car park, work staff room, we are prepared to be flexible
Question: We have less than 50 people can you do a package for us?

Answer: No
Question: Do you need access to a kitchen?
Answer: No

Question: Do you portion control?
Answer: Some of our competitors serve small initially to make it possible that some guests may be able to have seconds. We give generous serves initially and expect guests to come back for seconds and even thirds. Our guarantee states that if all your guests do not have at least one generous serve we will do another function FREE for the same number of guests. The food left over at the end of the serving is offered to the organisers.

Answer: The bulk of our business nowadays is repeat or referral. This should be the situation after over 21 years of operation. If you refer to the testimonials this will confirm our commitment to quality both in the food and service.
