Our spit roast format has been used for over 30 years on the east coast of Australia and has been refined and improved over that time. After a short period of time you would find the bulk of your business will be repeats and referrals bookings with savings in areas such as advertising. Tried and proven procedures have ensured that existing (and occasionally new competition) have not been able to compete with us due, in the main, to the quality of our food, our "Eat as Much as You Can" policy, service and attention to customer requirements.

There is no doubt that our spit roast catering format is the best available in Australia; a fact proven in the 2 areas that we operate. Other competitors have not been able to provide any worthwhile competition to us. We service around 60% of the possible available spit roast catering business in the ACT and surrounding region and introduced our format to Caboulture, Queensland over 5 years ago. Since that time the operator in Caboulture has had to purchase extra spit roast machines - in fact has increased from the initial machine to currently 5.

Using quality products combined with competitive pricing, no portion control with food servings, reliability, punctuality and service second to none we have proved that you will be successful if our procedures are followed. There is also the added advantage of not having to inflate prices to cover franchise fees.

All members are required to be contactable 24/7 by either mobile, landline and fax, own and operate a sign-written van or enclosed trailer, have Public Liability of at least $10m and comply with local Health regulations and be consistent with other members with the operating procedures.

To fit into your lifestyle and expectations we offer 3 (three) options. You can choose to be involved either full-time or part-time, together with other businesses.

OPTION 1 - MEMBER OF NETWORK

There is payment of a license fee to operate an area with the amount being based on population figures. The fee is flexible and takes into account population figures and possible earning capacity of that area. This fee includes in-house training in Canberra (8 days is the required time-frame) backed up with personal training on location, supply of an award-winning spit roast machine, business cards, brochures, letterhead paper, use of website. In addition there is a small monthly fee, payable for 8 (eight) years, which is not based on turn-over. We believe that if you have a very successful month with large revenue figures then that revenue should remain yours.

Your decision may be to purchase a spit roast machine with the offer of in-house training (in Canberra), 2 years back-up advice by phone, fax or with personal visits to your location.
